White Pearl

The villa White Pearl is a splendid modern house in a refinid style located in a housing estate of Gosier, on the second line facing the sea.

This vacation villa benefits from a perfect location, midway between the Grand Terre and the Basse Terre. You can reach in less than 5 minutes the beach of La Datcha but also in every utilities (bakery, supermarkets, gas station, pharmacy…)

The villa will offer you a vast living space thanks to its living room and its 3 patios.

It is spreaded over 3 levels, whiwh will allow you to enjoy differents sea view in total intimacy.

Pool level : At this level, you will find a bedroom with 2 single beds and an an-suite bathroom. You can also enjoy sunbathings and a large outdoor lounge backlit in the night, facing the beautiful mirror swimming pool. An annex summer kitchen will offer you a nice storage space for your suitcases.

The house access is on the top floor :

You will discover the living-room entirely open in a dual-aspect over 2 patios.
– 1 first patio at the back with a dining corner that can welcome 6 people and a barbecue corner.
– 1 second 70 m2 patio facing the sea will alow you to enjoy the sun on a provided bed, to relax with a Planter’s punch on the big angle sofa and to dine on a dining table that can receive until 12 guests.

Upstairs there is the night corner, blended as follow :
– 1 master bedroom fitted with a king-size bed with a private lounge, a bathroom and independent toilet.
– 1 second bedroom with a double bed and a lounge with a sofa bed that can welcome 2 children
– 1 third bedroom with a king-size bed

Every bedrooms are air-conditioned and facing the sea (view on the Basse Terre and Les Saintes)
A shower room with toilet is communal to the bedrooms 2 and 3.

The house is fitted with 2 city-water tank (total capacity of 2000 L).

Bed linen swap for every stay of 14 nights and more.

A 2-hour cleaning is included for stays of at least 9 nights; a change of sheets is provided for stays of 12 nights.

A little cat is there in the villa’s garden. He usually sleeping on the top patio.

The city of Gosier is ideally located between Grande-Terre and Basse-Terre, 15 minutes from the airport. It is the starting point for many excursions to neighboring islands and islets, and offers many activities such as kayaking on the salt river, the aquarium, the Memorial Acte … The lively marina and the Friday night market are not to be missed!
