La Villa 36

Located in the brand new secured residence “Les Belles Rives” in Saint François, the luxurious Villa 36 has all the necessary comfort to spend a vacation with family or friends.
Modern, decorated with care and originality, this vacation home with pool is ideal for an unforgettable stay in the Caribbean.

The villa opens to the main room (air-conditioned) with a fully equipped Smeg kitchen, a living room and a dining room with glass walls to enjoy the outdoor vegetation.
Opposite the dining room, you will find a TV lounge area with its large screen and access to streaming platforms.

This family home has 3 large air–conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, sea view and access to the terrace.

The outdoor space of the villa is just as well cared for as the interior; with a terrace of more than 100 m², offering a breathtaking view of the sea and the airfield of Saint François, a 16 meter long swimming pool, a dining area and a cozy outdoor living room with its huge armchairs and sofas that invite you to relax and rest.
If you wish, you can even take a bath in the outdoor tub while looking at the horizon!

Below Villa 36 are two bungalows and a common area with Villa Sunny Days; this common area offers an outdoor bar, a petanque court, a table soccer, a gym and a sauna/hammam.
The two bungalows are equipped with a living room, a double bedroom with air conditioning and a sofa bed for up to 4 people; they cannot be rented separately from the main villa.

Villa 36 offers an electric Mehari for your short nearby trips (upon reservation and subject to availability, to be arranged on-site with the concierge service).
On the day of your departure, you can also benefit from luggage storage and access to showers before heading to the airport.
