A few minutes driving from the city of Le François and by the lagoon, the little semi-detached houses TROPIC LAGOON 1, 2 and 3 offer all the necessary comfort for a succesful vacation.
Located in a former hotel complex, you will have access to a huge number of services only 5 minutes walking away : spa, tennis, rastaurant etc.

Each house is independent and semi-attached, has its own swimming pool with a direct access to a small pontoon and the turquoise waters of the lagoon facing you.
Whether you are a couple or with friends, you will certainly find the right formula.
Indeed, the houses can be rented separetly or together and can accomodate from 2 to 14 people.

To each end of the Tropic Lagoon 3 Penthouse, are the little Tropic Lagoon 1 & 2 villas both provided with a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a living-room with sofa bed, a fitted kitchen, a patio and a private swimming pool. They can accomodate 2 to 4 people.

Tropic Lagoon 3, the largest of the houses is in the heart of the complex. It offer 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms upstairs, a fitted open-plan kitchen and a living-room overlooking the outdoor patio and its swimming pool. It can accomodate 4 to 6 people with a sofa bed in the living-room as a guest bed.
