Just an 8-minute drive away, you can enjoy the Marina with its nightlife, the casino, La Datcha Beach, and the iconic Ilet du Gosier. Its location is ideal for exploring both islands of Guadeloupe.

This brand-new 70 m² villa, designed with care and warmth, can accommodate up to 4 guests. It features 2 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of which has access to the outdoor terrace and its sea view.

The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, open to the cathedral-style air-conditioned living room, which is connected with modern amenities (smart TV, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, Netflix). The space extends to a delightful 18 m² covered outdoor terrace, perfect for meals.

For relaxation: A main white stone overflow spa (4m x 3m) with a mirror effect offers four seats and flows gently into a submerged terrace (2m x 3m). This shallow area (40 cm deep) is perfect for lounging on sunbeds or for children to play.

The Villas Tichadou estate also includes two other fully private villas—Tichadou Diamond (6 guests) and Tichadou Duo Prestige (2 guests)—each ensuring complete privacy. A shared driveway for Tichadou Pearl and Tichadou Diamond leads to private parking spaces.
