Just an 8-minute drive away, you can enjoy the Marina with its nightlife, the casino, La Datcha Beach, and the iconic Ilet du Gosier. Its location is perfect for exploring both islands of Guadeloupe.

This brand-new 45 m² villa, with its carefully designed and cozy decor, includes a 20 m² covered terrace. It features a beautiful 18 m² air-conditioned suite with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a spacious walk-in shower and private toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a cathedral-style air-conditioned living room, which is connected with modern amenities (smart TV, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, Netflix). The outdoor covered terrace includes a lounge area and dining table, ideal for enjoying your meals. The villa is nestled within an 80 m² private garden where you can soak up the sun in complete privacy.

For relaxation: The white stone overflow spa (4m x 3m) with a mirror effect offers four seats, where you can unwind while taking in the sea view.

Your vehicle can be parked in your private courtyard, accessed through its individual gate.
