Villa Ti Kol is designed to accommodate 10 people in 5 bedrooms.

First of all, the entrance to the house is sumptuous and already transports you into a Caribbean atmosphere.

The central part of the house has a TV lounge, a beautiful outdoor terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. You’ll have everything you need to cook delicious meals during your holiday. One of the highlights of this villa is the cosy sitting area with a beautiful view over the pool. The first bedroom is at the rear, offering a lovely terrace facing the coconut grove. It has a double bed, a convertible sofa bed (which can be used for 2 extra children) and an en suite shower room with separate toilet, as well as a dressing room.

The second part of the villa has a more modern, streamlined style and leads to the 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed, en-suite shower room, storage cupboards and separate wc. The first three bedrooms have a terrace with a view and direct access to the swimming pool. The 4th bedroom has two terraces with garden views.

One of the major assets of Villa Ti Kol is the large heated oval swimming pool with several swimming levels (up to 2 m deep).

The estate is located on the Pointe des Châteaux road, just 1 minute from the Saint François casino, 2 minutes from the heart of the marina and 4 minutes from the international golf course. La Coulée is the nearest beach, just 2 minutes away.

Golf cart: A golf cart is provided free of charge as part of the facilities at Villa Ti Kol.
