Recently renovated, the villa comprises three levels divided as follows:

– The central level opens onto a large, attractively decorated TV lounge with direct access to the pool; continuing on is the fully-equipped open-plan kitchen.
Opposite the counter, which seats 8, is a vast, convivial space with a study area, musical instruments and a library filled with books and board games for memorable moments with family and friends!
A sea-facing dining table and outdoor lounge are located on the terrace.

– The upper level houses the main sleeping area: a master bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, large dressing room and a large covered terrace with a small lounge.
A second double bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom; the bathroom of the third double bedroom is in the hallway.
All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and each offers a lovely sea view.

– The lower level is home to an air-conditioned studio that can be reached from the villa or via its own entrance: it has a covered terrace, an outdoor kitchenette, a TV lounge, a double bed and an en-suite shower room. Possibility to add a bunk bed (2x90cm) for two children.
Downstairs, a vast garden that’s sure to delight children.

From the villa, you can reach Petit Havre beach via a footpath (approx. 10 minutes’ walk); Les Salines beach is less than 5 minutes away by car and can also be reached via a footpath running along the coastline.
