Discover the beautiful Moonlight villa, nestled on the heights of La Coulée and surrounded by the Pointe des Châteaux nature reserve. From your terrace, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the neighboring islands of Marie-Galante and Les Saintes. The villa’s environment is its trump card: you’ll be in a quiet, unoverlooked spot facing the sea, all within easy reach of the beaches.

This warmly furnished vacation home, with a surface area of 130m2 and a 135m2 deck terrace, can accommodate 6 people:

1 air-conditioned Master Suite with Queen-size double bed (160/200), private shower room and separate toilet.
2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a Queen Size bed (160/200), share 1 shower room with separate toilet. One of the bedrooms has a TV with Orange bouquet.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room includes a TV area (Orange bouquet and high-speed fiber).

On the covered terrace, you can all enjoy your meals on the beautiful solid Suar table and prepare delicious grilled meats on the gas barbecue and plancha.

A saltwater swimming pool (10m x 3.50m) to enjoy this sunny terrace.
An outdoor seating area in the shade of the terrace and a second seating area with parasol by the pool, ideal for late afternoon sunbathing.

From the villa, a short direct road takes you to one of Saint-François’ most beautiful beaches, Anse à la Gourde, in 15 minutes on foot. Down from the house, small coves along the “Coulée” for a dip in the sea are just a 4-minute walk away.

The villa is also equipped with a private boulodrome.
