Its environment is peaceful and perfect to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the little authentic villages of the North Basse-Terre lke Deshaies… Moreover, two steps from the villa, you have an access to the beautiful and wild Leroux beach.

This villa is made up of a villa bottom with 3 bedrooms and a villa top with 2 bedrooms. You can rent the whole 5-bedrooms villa all year long, the 3-bedrooms villa bottom can only be rented on middle and low season. The villa top can not be rented alone, it thus can’t have other tenants tahn you.

First of all, the villa bottom offers a space open onto the garden and the large sea-view smimming pool.
You have at your disposal a fully fitted kitchen with a bar corner open onto the sea.
The decoration is careful ans the choosen equipments are quality. The night corner is provided as follow :

* A master bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite private bathroom and independent toilet.

* The second and third bedroom have both a double bed, open onto the living room. Their shower room and toilet are communal.

Villa’s outsides are splendid, the salt swimming pool has a 10m x 4m surface area (the aqua bike for security reasons isn’t available anymore).

At the end of the garden, you can enjoy a lounge space for your evenings and relax yourself on the sun loungers… still gazing at this nice sea view.

The advantage of this villa is the jacuzzi, located on the side of your patio. As you can well imagine everything is here for your stay to be unforgetable. You can discover all the charms of the Basse-Terre area (its beaches, its hikes, its waterfalls, its zoo, its botanical garden…)

For families and groups of more than 6 people, you can also rent the top of the villa provided with two additional bedrooms. You will have your independance with your fully fitted kitchen, a large patio overlooking the garden and always offering this incredible sea view. A first master bedroom with a double bed and an separated bathroom. Upstairs in mezzanine a second bedroom with bathroom and en-suite toilets. In the back of the villa, a little swimming pool bar to peacefully enjoy drinking your juice or ti-punch. To keep the convivial spirit of this villa, you will find a pétanque strip on top of the garden.
