The flat “Loft” in Gosier in the heart of the Guadeloupe island, is perfect for panoramic view and contemporary style lovers.

Tottaly renovated early 2016, the villa offers a large living space for 4 adults where both couple will find their independance even with 2 or 3 children. The house is fitted with a high-standing furniture.
In the very calm and residential neighborhood of Dampierre in Gosier, you will reach in less than 5 minutes driving the neighboring beaches, restaurants, markets, and shops, the airport is 25 minutes away as well as the economic heart and soul of Jarry.

The villa overlooks the sea and is hooked up to the cliff. With “wide angle” view of Marie-Galante, Les Saintes, Basse Terre and Dominica.

We access it throughout a stair going down to a little indoor courtyard.

It is organized over 3 levels that allow to enjoy the view anywhere you are in the house and to live in full independance :

– Garden level : We access to the villa throughout this intermediate level. it serves a nice living room (70m2) with fully fitted kitchen, Tv lounge and patio with breathtaking view along with a double bedroom and its en-suite walk-in shower room and a guest toilet.

– Pool level : Going down a level we access to the swimming pool (30 m2) and to a double bedroom extended by a covered patio and a shower room and independent toilet.

– Upstairs : Located above the garden level, you’ll find the master bedroom and extended by a private panoramic blacony and a second smaller double bedroom. A double shower room and independent toilet.

It is the starting point for many excursions to neighboring islands and islets, and offers many activities such as kayaking on the salt river, the aquarium, the Memorial Acte … The lively marina and the Friday night market are not to be missed!
