The living room is spacious, with high ceilings. It features a comfortable TV lounge with a large corner sofa for movie nights with family or friends!
A dining area with a solid wood dining table for 10 is an extension of the open-plan kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped and very functional, with a central island and utility room.

Continuing on, the covered terrace houses a second dining table for 10 guests and a cosy outdoor lounge with sofas and armchairs. It’s the ideal place to enjoy an aperitif while admiring the sunsets ….
There’s a sunbed, sun loungers and parasols next to the pool for your moments of rest and relaxation. You can polish up your tan on one of the two floating sun loungers in the infinity pool.

At night, there are two bedrooms on the ground floor. A magnificent wood-and-steel staircase leads upstairs to the other three bedrooms, all with bay windows offering magnificent views of the sea and islands.
Four bedrooms offer the same level of comfort: king-size bed, storage cupboard, television, bathroom with Italian shower.
