Nestled in the heart of the Caribbean nature, Villa Essenia is a stunning, contemporary, and spacious property. With four bedrooms, it accommodates up to eight guests for a memorable experience in St. Barths.

Comprising a main building and an independent bungalow, Villa Essenia is fully air-conditioned. Located on the edge of Grand-Cul-de-Sac lagoon, it offers panoramic views of crystal-clear waters. The living room, with its numerous openings to the terrace, is bright and tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas, plush cushions, an HD television, and coffee tables that create a warm ambiance. The kitchen seamlessly integrates into this open space, fully equipped with everything you need for meal preparation.

At the front of the villa, the terrace provides a breathtaking spectacle with a magnificent view of the lagoon. Under the covered section, there’s a solid wood dining table that can accommodate up to ten guests. Nearby, a cozy outdoor lounge with a corner sofa invites relaxation. A bit further, the pool, surrounded by sun loungers, invites you to unwind and enjoy a cocktail while admiring the ocean view.

The four bedrooms in Villa Essenia are air-conditioned, each with its own ensuite bathroom, and are distributed as follows:
In the main building, to the left of the living room, there are three bedrooms with king-size beds, two of which offer a view of the lagoon. One of these bedrooms is furnished with two twin beds that can be separated. The fourth bedroom is located in an independent bungalow overlooking the villa. It features a kitchenette, a lounge, and a private terrace with sun loungers where you can relax while admiring the ocean view.
