The villa Eden Roc offers an idyllic setting for a relaxing vacation and close to all utilities. Located in the town center of the Diamant, it is close to shops and a few minutes walking from the beach of the Diamant, 3km long it will be perfect for walks under palm trees at the sunset.

The villa Eden Roc offers a superb view on the turquoise waters of the Diamant’s bay.

The villa is made up of a first floor, a second floor, a covered outdoor gallery and a patio with swimming pool.

It is designed to accomodate 8 people, the 4 bedrooms have a sea viaw and each its bathroom.
The first suite with its king-size bed and its bathroom (walk-in shower and bath tub) are on the first floor, with a direct access to the patio and the swimming pool.

Upstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms with a king-size bed, and a bedroom with two single beds. These beds are linkable to have 4 double bedrooms on request. The bed-linen is a high-standing hotel quality bed-linen. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower and is provided with a hair-dryer. At your arrival you will find a Nuxe kit for your first night. Two bedrooms offer access to the patio fitted with two deck chairs which will allow you to keep yourself to yourself and relax facing the sea and the Diamant’s rock.

The villa is fitted with an open-plan kitchen with all the necessary comfort : the crockery is Villeroy and Boch quality and the kitchenware is of Cristel brand. It has a induction hob, a refrigerator with ice distributor, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. In the utility room, are the washing machine, the dryer, an additional freezer, an iron and an iron table, the cleaning accessories as well as all the small electrical appliances : a filter coffe maker, a Nespresso cofee maker, a citrus sqeezer, a toaster, a kettle-teapot, a blender-hand mixer, a scale and a vacuum cleaner.
Very well fitted, you will find everything you need there for the making of your meals in family and friends !
The spacious and air-conditioned living room, provided with its quality movable (Tribu brand) offers you a modern and refined decoration. The 55 inches television allows you to access to all your favorite programs directly connecting you to your Amazon, Disney +, Netflix,… accounts.

The Large patio door will offer you the relaxing viaw of the sea and the boats. The parking secured by an electric front gate will allow you to park your cars in security (3 spots by villa). The villa is provided with an alarm system and has a safe.

The outdoor layout of the villa surrounded by tropical plants is the perfect setting to enjoy the sun of Martinique. The patio has a large table that can receive 10 guests, a Weber gas barbecue for grills and an outdoor lounge cosy for the sweet caribbean receptions. To cool off, you will have the choice between a dive in the infinity-edge swimming pool or a drink feet in the water thanks to our submerged easy chairs and under a shady parasol. A patio fitted with deck chairs is waiting for you on the other side of the swinning pool and will help you to perfect your suntan facing the Diamant’s rock.
