This beautiful Creole-style residence, tastefully renovated and decorated, sleeps 8.

The main villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, furnished with teak or suar wood beds measuring 160 x 200, and 2 shower rooms. Upstairs, a 4th air-conditioned bedroom, accessible from the terrace, overlooks the estate and offers a breathtaking view.

You will enjoy the spacious living room and a large, beautifully equipped kitchen, a large 60m² covered terrace opening onto a 40m² exotic wood deck, a 10m x 5m saltwater swimming pool, a carbet, deckchairs and a beautiful tropical garden.

The property is fully fenced and gated, with private parking.

Just a 3-minute walk from the seafront, the starting point for magnificent hikes as far as Pointe des Châteaux, a fitness trail and a renowned surfing spot, but also just 12 minutes from the town of Saint François (casino, golf course, aerodrome, parachute jumps, boat departures for the islands (Désirade, Petite Terre, Marie-Galante, Les Saintes…) and its superb white sandy beaches).
