The villa Belza is located in Gosier, 5 minutes driving from its marina, a strategic and perfect spot whiwh will allow you to visit both island’s parts easier.

Offering a panoramic sea view of the Basse-Terre, Les Saintes, Dominica and Marie-Galante, you will be charmed by the beautiful sunsets.
The villa Belza is modern, original, carefully decorated, everything was thought to be able to 100% enjoy each space of the house.
You can just as well take the most of the villa’s top with an open kitchen perfectly fitted, overlooking the large patio covered by a bioclimatic arbor, sheltering a dining corner and an outdoor lounge inviting to chill gazing at the sea and the neighboring islands…
A lovely double bedroom in the back of the house, an air-conditioned lounge corner provided with a sofa bed that can fold out into a cosy double bed. These two bedrooms are sharing a bathroom and an independent toilet.
At the lower level, an air-conditioned master suite with its desk corner and its private bathroom, a second air-conditioned double bedroom with en-suite shower room. These two bedrooms directly overlooking the patio and the large swimming pool heated to 32° all year long !
A large arbor shelters a second fitted kitchen, a second ding corner and a bed to relax by the pool.
You can also enjoy a ping pong table and a boules pitch.
You will be about fifteen minutes from the marina Bas du Fort (starting point of several excursions), its restaurants and its bars. Also from the aquarium of the Gosier, the Memorial Acte and the beaches of the Datcha, Petit-Havre, the Salines…

The city of Gosier is ideally located between Grande-Terre and Basse-Terre, 15 minutes from the airport. It is the starting point for many excursions to neighboring islands and islets, and offers many activities such as kayaking on the salt river, the aquarium, the Memorial Acte … The lively marina and the Friday night market are not to be missed!
