Altéa is a brand new waterfront villa in the lagoon of Saint-François, next to the villa Delphy. A very popular location between the Golf ( 200m ) and the lagoon of St-François with its turquoise water.

You don’t need to drive anymore, everything is nearby, the marina with all its shops, restaurants, supermarkets, water activities are directly possible from your beach. No more reason to leave!

The villa Altéa is made up of 5 bedrooms able to receive 10 people.

At the first floor, you will find two large bedrooms on each side, each with their own outside bathroom. Taking a shower under the stars or under the blue sky will make you feel even more on vacation.

A spacious living room allowing to enjoy a TV corner with sofa, a reading spot and a play area for the youngest under the stairs. The courtyard allows the villa to be very bright. The fully fitted kitchen will delight great chefs, with a large central island to cook without losing the sea view. An utility room to put all household appliances and your shopping away.

The outdoor patio will allow you to dine on the large table, you will be able to enjoy the outdoor lounge, sunbathings and beautiful swimming pool in the center. If you prefer the sea, you just have to go at the end of your garden to enjoy the beach directly.

Upstairs, a large golf view suite, with en-suite bathroom, independant toilet, dressing room, desk corner. Then two sea view bedrooms with their own patio, en-suite bathroom and cupboard.
