Accessed via a private (rocky) road and secured by an electric gate and fence, this villa with pool is a true haven of peace. Its 100 m2 pool and deck offer a breathtaking view of the Baie du Trésor and the Ilets du Robert, perfect for relaxing and cooling off.

Committed to an ecological approach, the villa is self-sufficient in electricity thanks to its solar panels, underlining its respect for the environment.

Villa Vue Sauvage comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children in modern, eco-friendly facilities. Its spacious terrace allows you to enjoy meals with friends or family, overlooking the pool. Inside, you’ll find two large air-conditioned bedrooms. The first has a 160 x 200 cm bed and a sea view of the Îlets du Robert. The second also has a 160 x 200 cm bed and bunk beds. Between these two sublime bedrooms is a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.

The living room features a smart TV, a sofa, a desk and an attractive bookcase. It opens onto the fully-equipped kitchen, where you can always keep an eye on the magnificent sea view.

It’s just a 9-minute drive to Tartane beach, and an 11-minute drive to the historic Château Dubuc and the Presqu’île de la Caravelle hiking trail.

The commune of Trinité is also a haven for surf lovers, with two surf, paddle and bodyboard spots: Anse Bonneville and Anse l’Etang.
