At the end of a dead end and few meters walking from the beach, the villa Romana is a charming villa where you can enjoy in peace and quiet the hammocks and the coolness of the central swimming pool for a relaxing vacation.

Located 50 meters from the Anse Mancenilier on the lagoon and its white sandy beach, 300 meters from the international 18-holes golf and from the airdrome, it is also close to shops, banks, post office etc… and few minutes walking from the Marina, starting point of many gateaways toward the islands of Marie-Galante, Désirade, Petite-Terre and Les Saintes.

The villa is spreaded over 2 levels and composed as follow :

• In the main villa :
  * 1 kitchen fitted with a storeroom
  * A TV lounge open onto the patio and the swimming pool
  * 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with each its shower room
  * 1 supplementary bedroom with a sofa bed that can receive 2 children (-12 years old)
  The swimming pool, central component of the villa, offers you a convivial relax place with its deck chairs and its little outdoor cabin to take lunch.
• At the first floor, in a small independent studio :
  * 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 1 murale TV
  * 1 shower room
  * 1 fitted kitchenette
  * 1 small patio with dining table overlooking the lovely garden.

Nearby restaurants : the famous restaurant “Le Colombo” very reputable in Saint-François is just a short walk away and it can even deliver at your house good simple local food if necessary.
Closeby, you will find the most beautiful beaches of the island, the Pointe des Châteaux, the Anse à la Gourde…

Sport activities : The priviledge location of this apartment complex allows all nautical sports’s practicing : windsurfing, sea kayak, water skiing, kite surfing, snorkeling, spearfishing etc… Other sports and activities will be accessible to you, still in Saint-François, such as parachute, microlight, flying, horse riding, quad bike, and naturally the golf, not nevertheless forgetting the idleness…
