This sea-view villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom, in shades of white and blue, has a king-size bed with mosquito net, a dressing room and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with mosquito netting, while the third bedroom can accommodate three people with a queen-size bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. A second bathroom is shared between these two bedrooms.

The living room and kitchen form a bright, spacious living space with a refined contemporary style. The living room features a comfortable sofa, connected TV and desk. The modern, well-equipped kitchen offers a breathtaking view of the sea from its bar, and has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The dining table, located on the terrace, is perfect for enjoying a convivial moment with friends or family.

On the outside, the swimming pool, with its magnificent wooden deck, is ideal for cooling off. A carbet extends the terrace and houses an outdoor lounge and hammock, perfect for enjoying an aperitif or a sunset barbecue. You can also relax in the sun or in the shade of the pergola on the sunbeds.
