Villa 55° AOC is a magnificent residence built in 2022, located in the town of Anses-d’Arlet. A true haven of peace, with modern, contemporary decor. Enjoy delicious moments of relaxation on the terrace, overlooking the Caribbean Sea and surrounding mountains.

This elegant 230 m² architect-designed villa, inspired by modern art, combines Balinese style with modern comfort. Fully fenced and equipped with an electric gate, this luxury villa can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Enjoy an immense 160 m² terrace that invites indoor-outdoor living, perfect for vacations with family or friends.

Villa 55° AOC has five air-conditioned bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room and WC, accommodating 10 adults and 4 children. The interiors are bathed in light thanks to large windows offering stunning sea views. The main living area combines a fully-equipped kitchen with a smart TV in an open, welcoming space.

Outside, the terrace is transformed into a living space with dining room, bar, swing and outdoor lounge under a charming carbet, ideal for enjoying a ti punch, made with one of the world’s finest rums: AOC rum (alcohol abuse should be avoided). A swimming pool with Jacuzzi completes this idyllic setting for moments of absolute relaxation.

The village of Anses d’Arlet, a fishing village that has preserved its authenticity, is around 900 meters away. It boasts a pier, shops, small beach restaurants, a church with typical architecture, scuba diving clubs, a fishing port and a vast sandy beach. Don’t forget your masks and snorkels to discover the underwater flora and fauna, and maybe even catch a glimpse of turtles!

Just a short drive away, you can also discover several magnificent beaches, including Grande Anse, Le Diamant, Anse Noire, Anse à l’Ane and Anse Dufour.
