The villa comprises a first floor, a first floor, a covered outdoor gallery and a terrace with swimming pool.

Designed to comfortably accommodate 8 guests, its 4 air-conditioned bedrooms offer sea views and each has its own bathroom. On the first floor, you’ll find a suite with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom (Italian shower and bathtub), offering direct access to the terrace and pool.

Upstairs, Villa Sancy offers two spacious suites with king-size beds and one room with two 90x190cm beds, which can be converted into double beds on request. All rooms are fitted with top-of-the-range bedding, and each has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower. On arrival, a Nuxe kit awaits you for a gentle first night. Two of the suites have access to a private terrace with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing moments overlooking the sea and Diamond Rock.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with quality Villeroy & Boch crockery, Cristel cookware, induction hob, American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and much more. The scullery contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, additional freezer, iron and ironing board, and all you need for small appliances.

The air-conditioned living room is spacious and tastefully furnished, offering modern decor. A 55-inch Smart TV lets you connect to your favorite streaming accounts.

The living room’s large bay window offers a relaxing sea view. And secure parking with electric gates and fencing allows up to three cars per villa. Security is further enhanced by an alarm system and safe.

The villa’s exterior, surrounded by tropical plants, is the ideal place to enjoy the gentle Martinique sun. The terrace is equipped with a large table seating 10, a Weber barbecue and an outdoor lounge, perfect for evenings out with family or friends. For a refreshing dip after a day’s strolling, you can choose between the infinity pool or simply relax in submerged armchairs under a parasol. Another terrace with deckchairs is available for sunbathing, facing the Rocher du Diamant.
