A few minutes drive from the town of François and on the edge of the lagoon, the small semi-detached houses TROPIC LAGOON 1, 2 and 3 offer all the comfort necessary for a successful vacation.
Located in a former hotel complex, you will have access to a multitude of services only 5 minutes away by foot: spa, tennis, restaurants etc.

Each house is independent and semi-detached, has its own swimming pool with direct access to a small pontoon and the turquoise waters of the lagoon facing you.
Whether you are a couple or a group of friends, you are sure to find the right formula.
Indeed, the houses can be rented separately or together and can accommodate from 2 to 14 people.

At each end of the Penthouse Tropic Lagoon 3, there are the small villas Tropic Lagoon 1 & 2, each with a bedroom with its adjoining bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace and a private pool. They can accommodate 2 to 4 people.

Tropic Lagoon 3, the largest of the houses is located in the center of the complex. It offers 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room opening onto an outdoor terrace and pool. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people with a sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping
