The villa Morgan is a beautiful contemporary house, located in Saint-François in a quiet subdivision. You are 3 minutes by car from the city center and all its shops and 5 minutes from the Raisins Clairs beach. The villa Morgan will be perfect for your vacation rental.

The villa is designed to accommodate 8 people divided into 4 double rooms.

*On the right wing, you have a beautiful suite offering a dressing area, a bathroom with double sink, shower and separate toilet. The three other double rooms are located on the left wing with each one its adjacent bathroom and toilet. Two of them can be connected by an interior door. All rooms are air-conditioned and have direct access to the pool.

*Then the central part serves an American kitchen fully equipped and a cosy living room with TV. You have a beautiful covered terrace with its dining table to take all your meals. Without forgetting a large swimming pool to refresh you and 6 deckchairs at disposal to benefit from the sun.
