ZOE LODGE is in a secured housing estate on the touristic Road overlooking the coastline of Saint-François. It is 5 minutes driving from the Marina, and from all nearby utilies (supermarkets, bakery, gas stations, rastaurants…).

You will discover a villa with sea view, where all was carefully thought and decorated to offer you a optimal comfort and an enjoyable stay.

The villa is planned to accomodate 8 people and is provided with 4 master suites offering a sea view.

At the first floor :

The fully fitted kitchen (wine cooler, refrigerator, Nespresso coffe maker, 2 ovens, dishwasher, varied ustensils…) has been tailor-made designed to give way to your culinary cravings or why not to a Creole cooking lessons ! Everything is placed around this convivial living space. This area facing the living-room which is open onto the patio fitted with a large table that can easily receive 10 guests.

As well as its dining corner which display a beautiful view of a part of the Guadeloupean archipelago, the house will offer you several relax spaces : lounge living-room with cable TV, deck chairs, 2 little outdoor lounges, swimming pool, balconny with barbecue.

The salt swimming pool (8m x 3m) with infinity-edge is secured by a perimeter alarm.

On each side of the living room is a suite, offering a sea view. These 2 suites have both a air-conditioned bedroom, furnished with a desk, fitted with a dressing room per occupant, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilets. It open onto the patio and give direct access to its layout and the swimming pool.

A laundry fitted with a washing machine, a dryer and a steam generator will be freely at your disposal during all your stay.

Upstairs :

In the back of the kitchen, a stair will allow you to reach a rest and relax space fitted with a cable television and cosy FAMA sofas. Books and BD about Guadeloupe, as well as board games will delight you.

Just as the lower level, 2 master suites are on both side of this space. Moreover, these 2 rooms benefit from a private balcony with a lounge. The sea view is even more impressive at this floor.

50 meters walking away, a small barriere exclusive to the apartment complex will give you access to a coastal path leading to the beach of L’Anse des Rochers.

Note : A little extra bed can be put at your disposal if needeed.
