The superb villa Palm Ray is a new villa (end of construction july 2020), it is located in the residential and popular neighborhood of LES HAUTS DE MONTMAIN, less than 5 minutes from the town-center’s beach and from every shops, benefiting from a panoramic sea view, a very calm environment, away from prying eyes.

With an area surface of 130m² (+33m² of sheltered patio and 20m² of deck) the villa can accomodate 6 people :

On one level, the villa is made up of 3 junior-suites both spreaded as follow :
– 1 queen-size bed
– 1 fitted out dressing room
– 1 private shower room with toilet

1 guest toilet with washstand,
1 living room of 62m² with a kitchen open onto the fully fitted family room, and a lounge open onto the patio,
1 storeroom with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer, steam plant, etc…
1 large sheltered patio fitted with a dining corner and a garden lounge area.

You will take the most of the patio partially shady to spend enjoyable moments with friends or family. You will also appreciate to cool off in the secured swimming pool.
All on a land’s plot entirely enclosed, with electric front gate and videophone.

– 500 liters buffer drinking water tank allowing to overcome water cut-off.
