Located on an exclusive private islet accessible only by boat, villa Riva offers the luxury of living amidst the turquoise waters of the Caribbean!

Comprising 4 air-conditioned suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom, it comfortably accommodates 8 people.

Two of the bedrooms are located on the upper floor, while the other two are on the pool level, providing the advantage of having a private patio open to the shower.

You will enjoy incredible views of the sea, coconut grove, and surrounding vegetation from every room in the villa.

The fully equipped kitchen is a separate module, open to the pool area, the deck, and the garden.

You’ll appreciate moments of conviviality around the large dining table or from the comfortable outdoor lounge.

Villa Riva features a beautiful infinity pool and spacious outdoor areas.

From the deck at the end of the coconut grove, you’ll savor the breathtaking view of Basse–Terre and can perfect your tan on sun loungers or enjoy swimming and various activities available (canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling…).

As the island is only accessible by boat (less than 200 meters separate the island from the parking pontoon where you’ll park your vehicle), a small motorized dinghy boat is provided solely for reaching the main island; the crossing takes about 3 minutes (please note that this boat is not intended for pleasure cruising).

For safety reasons, children under the age of 10 are not permitted at Villa Riva.
