Tichadou Diamond

Villa Tichadou Diamond is a standalone villa for six guests, perched atop a hill in Le Gosier. It offers an exceptional view of a lush vegetative canyon overlooking the sea, located in a private and secure estate.

In just 8 minutes, you can enjoy the Marina with its vibrant nightlife, the casino, La Datcha Beach, and the famous Ilet du Gosier. Its location is ideal for exploring both islands of Guadeloupe.

This brand-new 115 m² villa features a cozy and inviting decor and accommodates up to six people. It boasts three private, air-conditioned suites with direct access to the outdoor terrace. Each suite includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and private WC. One of the suites also features a large corner bathtub with views of the surrounding nature.

The villa includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen that connects to a cathedral-style air-conditioned living room with modern amenities (smart TV, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, Netflix). From the living room and kitchen, you can step out onto a spacious 37 m² covered terrace through large sliding glass doors. The terrace features a dining area, a lounge space, and an additional restroom.

For relaxation: A white stone overflow spa with seating for six flows gently into an infinity pool (8m x 4m) that includes a soothing water sound feature. The pool offers a shallow beach-style entry, perfect for lounging.

The Villas Tichadou estate also includes two additional private villas—Tichadou Pearl (for 4 guests) and Tichadou Duo Prestige (for 2 guests). Each villa guarantees complete privacy. A shared driveway for Tichadou Pearl and Tichadou Diamond leads to private parking spaces.

Optional services include:
– First breakfast service: Available upon prior request (15 euros per guest). Please book at least 72 hours before your arrival.
– Complimentary bathroom linen change on the 7th day for stays of 12 nights or more.
– Mid-stay cleaning service, including fresh bed linen, is available for 130 euros.

A wine cellar is also available, offering a curated selection of wines and rums (additional charge).
