This contemporary villa in the uptown of Saint-François. Not overlooked and perfectly exposed to the trades winds you will enjoy of a splendid view of the sea and our neighboring islands.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and is designed to receive 6 people. The living room is totally open onto the patio, you can leave yourself being captivated listening vinyl records in front of the sea.

The kitchen is very functional and entirely fitted for you to cook in complete freedom.

The villa offers a large sea-view suite with its dressing room, shower room and toilets as well as two beautiful double bedrooms with a communal bathroom.

The patio is fitted with an outdoor lounge, deck chairs. You will gaze at the sea from the swimming pool (8x4m).

Miss M will be looking forwad to welcome you in its house, this little cat occupies the premises from the earliest days. (to take into account for allergic people).

The villa is fitted with a 3000L water tank.
